'Raptures of a bipolar explorer ' is a collection of 80 photo images (1986-2004), poetry (1966-2004) and selected drawings. Many of the images on this web site feature in the autobiography. The text includes some of Alun's experiences of the bipolar condition (manic depression) which began in 1968 and which he continues to address to this day.

Raptures is 168 pages including the front and back covers. The format is A4 landscape. The book is a signed and numbered limited edition publication of 100 copies. This book is now sold out.
